You will assemble a team of the greatest adventurers to ever live, whose accomplishments will go down in history, and whose feats will be talked of for generations. They will bring glory and fame to your establishment, and then, while on the most innocuous of quests, your legendary adventurer team will get into a heated argument about the ethics of necromancy. It gets so out of hand that they come to hate one another and refuse to work together. Slaying a dragon might be a breeze for your heroes, but confronting the beast that is petty workplace drama makes them tremble in their boots. It is up to you to slay this beast— your struggle will be epic, and tales of your success will be remembered by literally nobody. Maybe a few of your adventurers will express their appreciation by buying you a “#1 Guildmaster” mug. Will you accept your role? Guilded is a game about characters, groups, and their stories. You play as the leader of an Adventurers Guild, where you send adventurers on quests, accounting for how well they work together based on their skills, personalities, and relationships with one another. With procedurally generated characters, narrative, quests, and items, every play through of Guilded is different from the last, and every ridiculous conflict will have varying outcomes. The motivation for playing this unique strategy game is as much about progression as it is about the stories you create by playing.
